The method that I took in the research: It is the descriptive and analytical method in collecting information. It divided the research into two topics and a conclusion, and I opened it with an introduction It mentioned the importance of the topic, the research problem, the reason for choosing it, previous studies therein, and the research methodology. In the first topic, I dealt with the definition of the terms of the research title, the legitimacy of recreation, its methods and controls. In the second topic, it dealt with the investigation of preserving legitimate intentions through recreational methods. In the conclusion, she mentioned her findings, including the following: that recreation is permissible according to Sharia law, and it is one of the necessary means to achieve the goals, so it is necessary to invest people's love for it in Achieve legitimate intentions to preserve religion, soul, mind, offer and money.
