Abstract

It is the most important findings of this research: 1- Despite the multiple definitions of politics, however, they all affirm that it is the only way to ensure harmony and coordination between the rights and political demands of individuals and their governments in order to achieve peace and stability in the state. 2- The basic principles and rules that the Islamic Sharia brought in a manner consistent with the preservation of human dignity and the preservation of its legitimate rights to achieve the public interest have distinguished it from other laws and previous laws that violated and restricted human freedom. 3- The political rights enjoyed by the members of the Islamic nation are not favor from anyone, but are a gift from God and the Almighty, and this is proven by the evidence contained in the Noble Qur’an and the cleansing of the Prophet. 4- Shura is one of the most important basic principles approved by the Sharia, as it is the way to know the right opinion, and to preserve its religion. This is through seeking the expertise of others from the people of wisdom, know-how and knowledge. Hence its ability to remedy mistakes when they exist and return to the seriousness of right and right. 5. The position of the head of state is not restricted to anyone and the nation must take into account whoever nominates it and chooses it for this position, in which it provides the necessary conditions that qualify it to carry out its duties in a way that guarantees preserving its rights, caring for its affairs and achieving its internal and external interests. 6- Since the Islamic Ummah is the owner of the right to power, as it is the one that is responsible for nominating and selecting rulers, therefore, it is their responsibility to monitor them, hold them accountable, and even isolate them when required to achieve the public interest and maintenance of the nation’s entity. 7- The political rights combined when practiced according to its controls and conditions is the true and fundamental guarantee for the nation that prevents the tyranny of the rulers and their exclusivity of power, injustice and injustice of the parish.
