Al-Bayhaqi's Weightings in the Conditions of Obligatory and Validity of Friday’s Prayer A Comparative Doctrinal Study

Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon his faithful Messenger who reached the message and performed the trust, and advised the nation. It turned out that Al-Bayhaqi was one of the imams of the Muslims and was one of the major Shafi’i jurists. The research proved that the most favorable Friday of the people of the villages and the validity of Friday for three years is the imam and it is permissible to establish Friday without the permission of the Sultan. And after them, the scholars were sitting between the two sermons, and the impermissibility of speaking during the sermon and Friday is obligatory for every Muslim.
