Abstract

The study looked at a philosophical view of participation in the crime of suicide and how the legal budget is achieved in achieving justice with punishment sometimes or not at other times, and the legal details of the responsibility of the participant in that crime despite the absence of a crime scene, and the possibility of punishing those who attempted suicide and the failure to do so, and We simplified the study on three topics, and concluded it with a conclusion in which we outlined the most important results and proposals
