Praise be to Allah, who expands the earth and raises the sky, by his almighty power, he is overturning the turmoil between summer and winter. And blessings and peace be upon Muhammad al-Mustafa the light of guidance, the best among those who breath air and the final prophet. Peace also be upon his generous family and companions.

Time has come to issue this year's volume, which carries No. 32, beginning with the first issue of 2021, we hope to find in it the security, health, and prosperity we missed in the previous one, with the grace of Allah Almighty. This year came from the beginning of it auspicious and warning, including the events during its days of the events overwhelmed with surprises that we ask Allah to grant us with blessings and protection from its evil.  Journal of AlMaarif University College continues increasingly to accomplish what was planned for the next year after we accomplished what was started for the past year.

The topics of this issue varied between the Arabic language and its arts, and Islamic law, with its legacy, beliefs, hadiths, and politics. Moreover, some law had been present through research dealing with freedoms related to satellite broadcasting. Eventually, this issue did not miss the mention of the techniques and literature of the English language. This issue is distinguished by an important matter, which is the disappearance of technical research and experimental science, because the editorial board of the journal has prepared for launching the first issue of the scientific and technical journal emanating from the current institutional Journal, and it will be a vessel for various discreet technical research.
